    FAQs

Can I book a consultation on the same day?

Please do not book a consult on the same day as your procedure. It is best to space it a week apart. An allergy test may need to be taken and it needs at least 72 hrs to process.

    Which appointment should I book?

If you are unsure about what you need. I would suggest coming to see me for a consultation to discuss what is the best option for your eyebrows.

How long does permanent makeup last?

It all depends on your skin type but typically it will last between 1-3 years before you find yourself needing a touch up.

    Does it hurt?

The pain level is described as little to none. Maximum 3 out of 10. A 5% lidocaine is used before and during the procedure to help with comfort.

How long does it take to heal?

Healing is usually 7-10 days. You will experience the brows becoming darker, they could disappear due to healing skin and will reappear after the skin has shed its final layer. You will experience minor flakiness and itching. It is important to exfoliate the skin after 2 weeks to dislodge any remaining dead skin.

Do you have a cancellation list?

I do not have a cancellation list. All cancellations that I do receive are posted on social stories as a first come first serve basis. You can turn on story notifications by tapping the bell icon on the top right corner of my page on Instagram.

How will I know I have an appointment?

You will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email, your appointment you tried to book was unfortunately not confirmed.

Why has my card been charged multiple times?

If you try to book an appointment and get kicked off, that payment entered will show as “pending”. If you try multiple times and still get kicked off, this is why you will see multiple pending transactions. These do not go through as charges.
